Address the problems you a facing today with the strengths you already have, look for unhelpful thought patterns and create a plan of action to address them, and have open conversations free from judgement.

I specialize in working with people who:

are in the LGBTQIA+ community, have kinks, are in ethically non-monogamous relationships (or want to be), are neurodivergent, and/or are experiencing chronic vaginal pain.

I became a therapist because:

I had a therapist who changed my life and after that experience, I knew that I wanted to spread the light they gave me to others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy entirely via video and teletherapy services for California residents.
