A major focus in my clinical work is fostering self determination, self regulation and adoption of healthy coping skills for all clients' served. I strive to achieve best practice strategies by emphasizing cultural competence and an individualized therapeutic approach in which you are able to develop comfort and feel safe to be your most authentic self.

I use a personalized approach, combining psychoeducation with each person’s unique experiences to foster effective communication, personal growth, resilience, and healthy coping strategies—all tailored to fit their individual needs and life journey.

I specialize in supporting people facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, stress, self-regulation, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, attachment, personal empowerment, LGBTQ+IA concerns, and relationship issues—helping them heal, grow, and create lasting positive change.

I became a therapist to help people build self-determination, self-regulation, and healthy coping skills. I emphasize cultural competence and an individualized approach, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their most authentic selves while working toward growth and healing.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from CSU San Marcos and a Masters Degree in Social Work from CSU Long Beach. While working towards my Masters Degree I was awarded the CalSWEC grant for my work within Children and Family Services.
