Adolescents and adults who struggle with overwhelming emotion, impulsive behavior, and/or anxiety that holds them back from the important things in life. I also support parents to build skills and confidence to parent kids with big emotions/anxiety.

I provide flexibility between in-person and telehealth sessions. My office is centrally located near the airport or you can choose to meet online.
