I work predominantly with creatives, and love integrating art and story into my work with clients. If you're an artist, in the entertainment industry, or just want to incorporate more creativity into your life, then we're a great fit!

set and move towards actionable goals. My goal is to make sure you're getting the highest value possible out of therapy. We'll use a combination of skill-building and depth work to challenge old patterns and give you tools to thrive!

I specialize in working with people who:

are creative, perfectionistic, and/or come from marginalized backgrounds. I love helping people reduce their anxiety and get more clarity about their goals and how to get there. Many of my clients also have past trauma, and I help them process it.

I became a therapist because:

I have experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to feel understood. Giving that feeling to others is a great honor and a joy.

My goal with consultations is also for you to get the best care you can. If I'm not a fit, I can make a solid referral. And I can almost always schedule a first session within a week for people who want to start right away!
