My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from person-centered, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, Jungian, and narrative modalities. Together, we explore current emotions, how past experiences shape the present, and ways to move forward with meaningful change toward a more fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with individuals, teens (12+), young adults, couples, and families on trauma, PTSD, domestic & intimate partner violence, anxiety, self-esteem, women's issues, life transitions, codependency, relationships, communication, breakups, school stress, attachment, perfectionism, self-care, dream work, and athletes’ performance challenges.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about supporting people in understanding themselves, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful change. I’m inspired by the resilience of those I work with and find it deeply rewarding to witness growth, healing, and transformation unfold over time.
