Something to know about my approach is:

Working from a bottom-up approach, clients process issues to obtain healing in their brain and body which leads to change in their psychology versus trying to change their psychology via talk, which is the top-down approach.

One of the greatest things about Brainspotting is that one can process just about anything using it. One can work on a specific issues such as anger towards someone or a more general issue such as a sense of not feeling good enough.

I work with people who want to transform their lives into more fulfilling, stable, less chaotic, and delightful. People work towards healing, not just symptom reduction or mean-making. Real and tangible shifts are experienced in the process.

I became a therapist because:

I truly enjoy working with people and especially the process of helping people explore emotional spaces that they have never dared to go before.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in my office which has parking in the rear of the building. I also offer virtual therapy.
