As a strength-based clinician, I use skills to identify strengths to promote resilience. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational interviewing techniques. I often include Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and more.

Together we will focus on your most important concerns and goals. The first session will focus on getting to know you, your concerns and goals. Together we will problem solve to address presenting concerns, re them and create healthy solutions.
