We can blend practical tools with trauma-focused EMDR therapy if you choose, to help you not only understand your patterns, but truly heal from them.

Together we will slow down, explore the patterns that keep you in overdrive in order to release what no longer serves you, and help you reconnect with your needs, peace, and confidence.
