About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

a curious, creative, client-centered bilingual immigrant therapist, with roots in the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I like to work relationally and narratively, bringing in a creative, conversational and strengths-based lens. I specialize in working on identity formation, values and self-esteem, especially around ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation.

  • Together, we will:

get curious about your story and what drives you, observing and rewriting the narratives of the vastness of your lived experience, gradually learning to hold the wounds, and leaving lots of room for play.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with feelings of belonging, are immigrants, children of immigrants, or from multiracial or multiethnic family backgrounds, LGBTQ+ and questioning clients, clients exploring authenticity in neurodivergence, artists, activists.

  • I became a therapist because:

as a queer immigrant raised transnationally who has worked mostly with immigrants and refugees, I want to bring that perspective and create access.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in Spanish and English anywhere in California, and have experience with the Bay Area, Southern California, and the Central Valley.
