identify what is most important to you - what are your values that drive you? We then work on finding ways for you to be able to pursue those meaningful things by finding ways to cope with the difficult thoughts and feelings that arise in daily life.
I specialize in working with people who:
would describe themselves as chronic worriers, who have perfectionism, and/or who are coping with difficult life changes. I also specialize in providing exposure therapy for panic disorder and OCD.
