My therapeutic approach is rooted in warm, person-centered values. Meaningful change happens through a trusting client-therapist relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I work collaboratively and integrate CBT, ACT, and DBT to identify patterns, build skills, and support clients toward their goals.

Together we will explore your strengths and challenges, build insight, and develop practical skills to navigate difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will set meaningful goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. My role is to support you with empathy and collaboration as you work toward positive, lasting change.

My clients describe me as compassionate, attentive, and nonjudgmental. They say I create a safe, supportive space where they feel comfortable sharing openly. I’m seen as grounded, reliable, and encouraging, offering thoughtful guidance while honoring their perspective and empowering them to grow at their own pace.

I work with children, teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, or relationship issues, I offer a non-judgmental environment where you feel understood and empowered at your own pace. I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting growth.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply moved by the resilience people show in the face of struggle and genuinely want to help others navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the power of connection and healing, and I’m passionate about supporting growth, understanding, and resilience in a safe, compassionate space.

I am currently earning my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University.
