This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

Together, we will:

Process trauma, strengthen coping skills, identify how to maintain healthy boundaries, work through grief, improve communication skills, grow, laugh and cry together. We are now offering ESA letters, which is an out of pocket service.

I specialize in working with people who:

Perinatal population, general "life" stuff, coping skills, boundary issues, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, pregnancy following loss, bereavement. This is a group practice and we have a Farsi speaking therapist and another who speaks Tagalog!

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy experiencing growth with my clients and walking with them through obstacles. I love the honor of being included in their journeys!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

This is a Telehealth practice, which makes scheduling appointments convenient! No commute, no traffic, no stressful parking, leggings :)

This is a group practice called Saguaro Family Counseling. We provide Telehealth all across CA! We are a small, boutique practice and our therapists speak English, Farsi and Tagalog and Spanish. We also offer ESA letters.
