I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and bereavement, childhood of origin issues and couples therapy. I provide EMDR therapy and use Relational Life Therapy perspective in couples therapy sessions.

I offer in person sessions in Redondo Beach. I also provide telehealth sessions and you can log in to our sessions from your home.
