I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and older adults. My specialties include anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic disorder), depression, life transitions, grief/bereavement, guilt, etc.

I have a bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal Justice from UMass Lowell and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. Fluent in English and Portuguese, I bring diverse clinical experience from hospice, forensic, private practice, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
