Monday-Friday 11am-6pm. I also have some telehealth openings on Sundays.
My clients describe me as:
Caring, compassionate, curious, and tough. I'm the "Roseville Relationship Guy."
Something to know about my approach is:
First session is free for all new clients. I work fast, and I work hard. We will dive deep into your relationship during your very first session.
Together, we will:
learn how to feel safe, heard, and understood. Stop walking on eggshells let go of resentment, and learn to love again.
I specialize in working with people who:
are ready to be done with criticism, contempt, stonewalling, and defensiveness. You get sucked into the same cycle, over and over again, and you want it to stop.
I became a therapist because:
I didn't know how to love my wife during the first two decades of my marriage. I decided to dedicate my life to teaching others what I wish knew then.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My wife is both a therapist and a professional decorator, and she made my office into a refuge from the word.
More about me and my practice:
I spent 25 years as an Air Force pilot before retiring to become a therapist. During my military career, my wife and I raised four children together while living in eight different states.
