Focusing on nervous system regulation, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you and what they show us about your needs, desires, and authentic self. Drawing on the wisdom of your body and your internal and external resources, we’ll experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others, helping you live with more agency.
