My approach is solution-focused, which targets resolving specific challenges. I strive to give you tools to enable you to work through issues on your own, which may involve "homework" to help you practice what we might explore in your sessions.

I do not promise that this journey will be easy, but I can provide support along the way. Together, we can delve into cultural, social, and familial factors which can cause feelings of sadness, anxiety, and dissatisfaction with your life.

I specialize in working with people of color, with an emphasis on cultural and intergenerational issues that might negatively impact your well-being. This includes BIPOC and first generation children of immigrants.
