I utilize EMDR and have a strong background in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction approach. I think that the first way to heal our minds, is to start with healing our bodies. This is through grounding and healing past hurts.

I specialize in working with people who are ready to work, ready to get to the root of what they are dealing with. Specifically, I work with individuals who struggle with Trauma, Anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

I became a therapist because I wanted to offer a supportive safe place for individuals to come to.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer session via telehealth. My side of the screen is light and welcoming with plants galore! I have two dogs that will lounge during our session.
