I work with young adults navigating the emotional, physical, and mental hurdles that come alongside grief and loss. Whether that mourning looks like the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or a changed body from chronic pain or illness- I am here to walk with you through it. We are in this together, each session and at your own pace.

We will work together as a team to work through any and all difficulties and symptoms that arise and that you are facing. We will laugh together, cry together, scream together if need be. I will validate you, support you, guide you, and gently challenge you in areas you may need. We are in this together.

My clients appreciate the warm, empathetic, and compassionate approach that I bring to therapy, and to every session. I have a sense of humor that also makes clients feel seen, heard and understood, while reminding them that I am also human.

I grew up observing how much others need one other, and how so many are hurting with feeling unseen and unheard. I enjoy creating space and safety. I believe that everyone has a story that is worth being heard. I believe that what most people want in this world is to feel and be appreciated, understood, and to be enough.
