Something to know about my approach is:

I meet clients at their level of understanding their challenges. This provides me with means to guide them with compatible tools and techniques. I have been told by clients how they appreciate how I speak with them not at them when I provide therapy

Together, we will:

I provide a safe environment, where clients can share about painful, shameful, sad, angry experiences and feelings. They can discuss events from their past, that might be impacting their life now.. grief, love, divorce, money, loneliness, etc...

I specialize in working with people who:

I have experience in working with a multitude of problem areas including, depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, single parent families, grief and loss, anger management, chronic mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar and other disorders.

I became a therapist because:

I was inspired by those who helped me through my own journey to heal from my wounds and challenges and wanted to make this difference for others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is beautiful, with blue and teal decor. I have been told by clients how welcoming, safe they feel...an ideal place for healing.

More about me and my practice:

I am open to working with individuals, couples and families. In the future, as the environment returns to a safer place to be around others in regards to health risks, I am going to offer small groups for those issues that become common themes.
