My approach to therapy honors the strength of our relationship as a foundation for lasting change. I listen inward to the mind-body-soul connection, and my approach is always compassionate, curious, and wholehearted.

I work in person in Downtown Petaluma as well as online to anyone in California. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before our first session.

I am dedicated to getting to know you and offering deep support along your personal journey. I am in network with Aenta & United Healthcare/Optum Insurance. I can also provide a superbill for reimbursement if needed.
