I have multiple slots open Tuesday-Thursday, in person and virtually.
My clients describe me as:
I'm a therapist, but I'm a human first. My clients describe me as kind, focused, creative, and passionate about our fundamental right to heal.
Something to know about my approach is:
I believe that what we feel — even and maybe especially the painful stuff — is a message from a wise part of us telling us something we need to hear. We'll slowly, compassionately work together to listen to what it is our deeper selves are saying.
Together, we will:
We'll explore your relationships to partners, friends, and family; your relationship to your body, sexuality, gender, and race; and your relationship to larger meaning and purpose. We'll map out the topography of your life from a bird's-eye view.
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with people who feel stuck in their relationships and in their broader sense of purpose. It's not just "why am I in pain," but "why am I here? What am I for?"
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist because of my own long journey with chronic pain and unlocking my life force as a gay man.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy in a beautiful office in the Marina with a view of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
More about me and my practice:
I also offer EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
