Active, warm, and empathetic, I show up with a genuine sense of care and discernment in order to reflect what I see and what might be helpful.
I honor the mind-body-spirit connection and work relationally, meaning my number one priority is to co-create a sense of safety in the room that allows us to explore and befriend all parts of the self in order to access the deepest possible healing.
Get to the root of what's underneath your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll explore how your past influences your present, get curious about how your experiences live in your body, and understand how your mind creates your reality.
I work with folks experiencing challenges around self-esteem, relationships, and family of origin. I specialize in anxiety, codependency, binge eating and bulimia, and 12-step recovery.
Therapy can be life changing! By entering into the therapeutic space we have the chance to find wholeness, better relationships, and create meaning.
I see clients in person in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco.
My practice is integrative and holistic. I pull from east west psychology, intuitive medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy while working from a depth-oriented and somatic lens.
