have Complex Trauma, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Work Burn Out, Life Transitions. I've worked with domestic violence, victims of crime, empaths, BPD, sexual assault, immigrants, first/second gen, techies, substance use & co-occurring issues.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy being a catalyst for change & healing. There's nothing more exciting than witnessing somebody exercise their inner courage & inner strength.
