I support clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. I also help with life transitions—like young adults, parents, or those navigating divorce. I enjoy working with diverse communities, including adults, teens, couples, people of color, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe in the power of healing through connection and self-discovery. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I earned my Degree of my Master’s in Social from Capella University and have clinical experience in both individual and group therapy settings.
