I provide therapy to individuals ages 10 and up, and I’m passionate about supporting people and families navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, BIPOC & LGBTQ+ identity, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and addictions. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space for healing and growth at every stage.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection, healing, and resilience. I’m passionate about holding space for others to feel seen, heard, and valued—especially those whose identities and stories are often marginalized. Supporting others in their growth is both my purpose and my calling.

I am an AMFT. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with an M.S. in Counseling. I went to the University of California, Irvine for undergraduate school and received B.A.'s in Public Health Policy and Psychological Sciences.
