Something to know about my approach is:

I prefer to work from a Person Centered Model which allows me to meet my clients where they, are and help them direct their treatment to their comfort. I am comfortable with first timers and therapy veterans.

work to create goals that allow you to manage your life now, and going forward. You are the driver of your life, I am in the passenger seat making sure we don't go over a cliff. It will be my pleasure to help you reach the destination of your choice.

I became a therapist because:

I want to make therapy and treatment accessible to all who want it, and removing the stigma for those who need it.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am virtual only, so location and convenience is key.

I am the product of teachers, so I do assign "At Your Own Pace" homework for skills building. I give lots of analogies and pop culture references (some dated) to help make complicated issues easy to understand.
