My approach to therapy is centered on learning to trust your inner wisdom. I am trained in brainspotting, emotionally focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP).

I specialize in working with people who:

feel like their mind is chaotic and find it difficult to be present and enjoy their life. As a person with ADHD and a military spouse, I can relate to how difficult it can be to settle your mind to be able to even look at what you want to change.

I became a therapist because:

I was a teacher who saw how our systems try and put bandaids on deeper issues. I wanted to work on the foundational concerns to make real change.
