I use an integrative psychotherapy approach grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, MBCT, DBT, narrative therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and EMDR, tailoring techniques to each client’s unique needs to promote insight, growth, and lasting change.

I specialize in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, especially adults and transitional-aged youth. My expertise includes coping skills for anxiety and stress, identity and self-esteem, parental relationships and conflict, communication, PTSD and trauma, mindfulness and emotional regulation, and depression.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I’m inspired by supporting others in building resilience, gaining insight, and creating meaningful change. Witnessing growth, healing, and transformation is both rewarding and deeply motivating.

I completed my MSW at the Columbia School of Social Work with an emphasis in Advanced Clinical Practice. I am a BBS-certified ACSW with an established background in behavioral health, providing direct services to individuals with a range of mental health needs and diagnoses.
