Each client needs a little something different, and I tailor my approach to meet your needs. I want to gain a better understanding of the person(s) across from me and help them to process what hasn't been working and get closer to what will.

Minimize barriers, accomplish your goals, and grow the insight, tools, and resilience to be able to apply your gained knowledge to any obstacles that come your way. What is often left unsaid is your step to a better life, so let's start talking.

Are having difficulties with the relationships in their lives and who struggle with anxiety. Others who come to see me may be struggling with life transitions (such as going to college, a breakup, etc.) self esteem, or their career or craft.

I used to suggest therapy to people when I felt limited in how much I could help. I wanted to be more than the branch, so I became the source.

I have expanded to virtual therapy to ensure anyone in California can seek out my services
