Each client needs a little something different, and I tailor my approach to meet your needs. I want to gain a better understanding of the person(s) across from me and help them to process what hasn't been working and get closer to what will.

Are having difficulties with the relationships in their lives and who struggle with anxiety. Others who come to see me may be struggling with life transitions (such as going to college, a breakup, etc.) self esteem, or their career or craft.

I used to suggest therapy to people when I felt limited in how much I could help. I wanted to be more than the branch, so I became the source.
