I specialize in treating children & parents struggling with depression, anxiety, overwhelm and internet addiction. I work with exhausted parents who struggle to set limits while parenting children with mental health and behavioral concerns.

I offer therapy via Zoom for California residents. I also conduct in-home family therapy in Ventura County for select families.

At this time my practice is open to parents and families on issues related to parenting, children's mental health, and the family unit.
