Therapy can be really hard, so I like to joke around (when appropriate) to lighten the mood a bit. I am honest and forthright. I will gently challenge you; the purpose is to push you outside your comfort zone and towards growth.

Whatever you want to talk, we'll discuss, no topics are off limits. I meet my clients where they're at- we get angry, cry and celebrate together. I am your number one supporter, whether you need to vent, problem solve or bounce ideas off me.

I support women who are looking for big change (divorce, career switch, empty nest), to stand up for things they believe in, are in perimenopause (emotional, angry), as well as women who choose to be single and/or childfree.

I truly love being a trusted person that people can come to to talk things out, process what they're going through and to be their champion!

I offer online therapy, which is convenient and can be done from anywhere, no fighting traffic or having to put on real pants!
