that I utilize many therapeutic modalities, depending on the situation. To name a few modalities that I utilize are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing depression or anxiety, or relationship issues. I am experienced in assisting clients who have health, weight, or work issues. I also specialize in LGBTQIA+ issues.
I became a therapist because:
I had gone through a rough patch, and saw a therapist who changed my life in so many ways. I knew I wanted to assist others in this impactful way.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I only offer telehealth from my home office. This is a private office, with a closed door. I also wear headphones for your privacy as well.
