I am a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink/BDSM-knowledgeable therapist who utilizes art therapy, EMDR, somatic techniques, and mindfulness techniques in sessions. My therapeutic style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and warm but direct.
