I use a mix of person-centered, EFT, trauma-aware, psychodynamic, IFS, and systemic theories through a feminist, social-justice lens. I emphasize the therapeutic alliance, inviting you to express your authentic self and reconnect with your inner knowing so you can move toward real, meaningful change.

I specialize in sex therapy and couples counseling, supporting adults and partners facing relationship issues, communication struggles, emotional dysregulation, sexual concerns, and shame. At the core is deep therapeutic work—exploring trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and patterns we’ll uncover together.

I became a therapist because I’m driven by a deep curiosity about people and a passion for helping others understand themselves. Supporting someone as they untangle old patterns, heal wounds, and grow into who they want to be feels like meaningful, purpose-filled work—and it’s an honor to be part of that journey.

After many career paths, I went back to grad school in 2021 to become a therapist—and I’m so glad I did. This work feels deeply aligned. I learn alongside my clients and feel honored to witness their growth. Outside work, I love dancing, festivals, long walks, scrolling, and ice cream. Excited to meet you!
