warm, friendly, gentle, relational, calm, and empathetic. We will also probably laugh together at times.

Something to know about my approach is:

that I work collaboratively with my clients and other important systems and individuals in their lives. I tailor my approach based on the unique needs of each person and integrate techniques from many different modalities.

gain insight and answer any questions that you may have about yourself throughout the evaluation and/or therapeutic process.

I specialize in working with people who:

are children and adolescents. I also specialize in the evaluation of Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly for girls and women.

I became a therapist because:

I struggled with family dynamics, acculturation gaps, and my own mental health growing up, which fueled my passion for helping children and families.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is a peaceful, treehouse-like setting in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek.

I am trained in Therapeutic Assessments and consider my evaluations to be brief therapeutic interventions that may allow healing and change to occur through the process of self-discovery and reworking of narratives.
