Face toxic shame and pain, and learn to nurture, affirm and set limits for yourself. We will practice regulation skills, learn how to be vulnerable, and develop skills for intimacy.

Have a history of trauma, whether it’s one significant event or “death by a thousand cuts” over time. I work with people who struggle with addiction (substances, sex, gambling, etc.). Relationship and intimacy issues.

I became a therapist because:

When I couldn’t do life alone, a therapist helped me and it was one of the most impactful experiences of my life! I knew I wanted to help others too.
