My approach is grounded in relational depth therapy with a direct, compassionate, and culturally aware lens. I help clients slow down enough to understand the deeper patterns driving their anxiety, shame, disconnection, and conflicts. I integrate faith, attachment work, and trauma-informed care in a way that honors both emotional truth and personal values.

Together we will explore the parts of you that feel not-enough, overwhelmed, or stuck repeating old patterns, especially in relationships. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe but meaningful, helping you build the capacity to stay present with your emotions, communicate more clearly, repair relational injuries, and feel more grounded in who you are.

Clients also describe my style as clear and honest, with a mix of clinical insight, emotional depth, and practical guidance that helps them feel both supported and challenged in the right ways.

I often work with men who struggle with shame, anxiety, low confidence, porn or infidelity cycles, emotional disconnection, and feeling like they’re “not enough” at home or work. I also work with couples facing resentment, high conflict, low intimacy, spiritual tension, and long-standing patterns of withdrawal, criticism, or unresolved trauma.
