If you’ve been feeling tightness in your chest, having trouble breathing, struggling in your relationships, or carrying trauma that’s affecting your day-to-day life — I want you to know you're not alone. These are often signs that your mind and body are asking for care and attention.

In our work together, I focus on the mind-body connection to help you tune into emotions that might be hard to name or express. This gentle, supportive approach can open the door to deeper healing and greater self-understanding.

I strive to help people reconnect with the best version of themselves by increasing self-attunement and providing a safe space to process and express what’s on their mind and in their body. My clients often describe me as empathetic, warm, funny, and direct when it’s needed most.

I primarily work with preteens (ages 11–13), adolescents (14–19), and adults. My areas of focus include anxiety, panic disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I believe it's essential to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences and gain deeper insight into your life.

I believe everyone deserves support during difficult times in order to move toward healing. As human beings, we possess a natural capacity for resilience—but life can sometimes lead us off course, and that’s okay. Sometimes, we just need support to help us find our way back to where we want to be.

I offer both in-person therapy and telehealth sessions, depending on your preference.
