I’ve worked in wilderness therapy, residential settings, intensive outpatient programs, and private/group practices, and I’ve learned that healing happens through genuine connection — between you and me, between you and yourself, and in your community.

My therapy style uses a mix of clinical approaches, including EMDR, IFS, ACT, attachment theory, polyvagal work, somatic techniques, mindfulness, existentialism, and the occasional nature-based metaphor. These help create a space where safety and challenge meet, so we can really explore (and heal) the parts of yourself affected by negative experiences.

I specialize in working with clients facing complex challenges including anxiety, identity-work, relationship issues, life transitions and sex addiction. In our work, you can expect to be held in a genuinely nonjudgmental, safe space where challenge and collaboration are one and the same.
