I work with clients struggling with anxiety, emotional eating, stress, and trauma. Many identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or feel overwhelmed by a harsh inner critic. Clients come to me seeking support in setting boundaries, establishing new healthy lifestyle behaviors, rebuilding a sense of self, and navigating life transitions.

As a woman who has built a healthy relationship with food and my body, created a new life after divorce, and navigated major life transitions, I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have the right support. Supporting others on their journey to healing and growth is more than my work. It’s my life’s purpose.
