About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Living with anxiety, depression, and grief can lead to feeling exhausted and joyless. I use several different methods to treat those symptoms.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I mostly use talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because I believe those are two great methods to use with anxiety and depression. I also use EMDR when appropriate such as with trauma.

  • Together, we will:

My goal is help people learn to work through anxiety and depression so that they can enjoy life again. Other focuses of mine are women going through parenting challenges and life transitions and college students and their life transitions.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with adolescents and adult women who have anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

  • I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I had a tragedy happen in my family when I was 12 years old. I wish I had had someone to talk to back then.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is conveniently located on the northeast side of Colorado Springs in the Cordera/Wolf Ranch neighborhood.

  • More about me and my practice:

I really enjoy what I do. I like listening to people, helping them help themselves, and giving them tools to cope with life's challenges. I can't see myself doing anything else.
