I focus on empowering people as they heal and recover from trauma, depression, anxiety and any other obstacles that stand in their way.

I strive to provide individualized treatment based on the unique history and needs of each person who walks through my door. I aim to empower clients to take ownership of their mental health goals by utilizing modalities such as EMDR.

My main goal is to help each client feel safe and comfortable in a therapeutic environment so the healing process can be as natural and organic as possible. Topics can include unpacking trauma or exploring strategies to cope with other issues

As an Army veteran, I have enjoyed serving the military community and people from all walks of life for the past 10 years. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma and many other behavioral health conditions.

I became a therapist to help those who struggle with mental health conditions as I have experienced my own challenges following combat service.
