I’m often described as “open” and “caring” by clients. If you cry, I will encourage it and sit with you. I’ll hold space for your healing.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use humor, directness and strength focused questions to help you discover the path to go down.
Together, we will:
We will talk about what you see as the most important for the session. If I go somewhere you’re not ready to go, or I say something that doesn’t feel right, let me know. You’re the expert in your story, I’m along to provide navigation.
I became a therapist because:
The therapy I received as a youth saved my life.
I want to provide a safe space for others to deal with their burden.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have my own private office that is very relaxing and encourages safety.
More about me and my practice:
My passion, as a Gay/Queer male therapist, is to dismantle toxic masculinity and homophobia/transphobia from the inside.
