I am most passionate about assisting clients with tough-to-treat anxiety that -- despite temporary successes -- has left them trapped in survival mode, with recurring struggles that keep them from connecting to fulfilling life goals.

gain a complete picture of what drives your anxiety and how it harms your quality of life, developing new perspectives and tools that you can come back to again and again in the future to address whatever form anxiety will take.

I specialize in working with people who:

face lifelong challenges with anxiety that may be driven by childhood trauma, LGBTQ stigma, military service, or addictions. Traditional therapy and medications may have partially worked in the past, but worry and dread come back to haunt you.
