My approach is direct, honest, straight-forward, and blunt. I do not sugarcoat anything. I believe that life is too short for lies and to beat around the bush. However, I do provide empathy, understanding, and validation towards my clients.

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and body image issues.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I have dealt with my fair share of trauma and mental health issues. I just wanted to be the support for someone else.

More about me and my practice:

I recently launched my private practice in 2024. My practice focuses on providing a safe space for BIPOC individuals, but I am open to working with all people from all different backgrounds and cultures. I work with adult individuals and couples.
