Generally, I work 5 days Monday thru Friday from 8:00 to 5pm. Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

I help people with their anxiety and stress in their life, help them see how trauma is affecting their life and how it can be treated, look at physical health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual health, and find meaning and purpose.
