About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Clients have described feeling really seen and understood in our work together. They've expressed that they feel supported but challenged.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

My approach is ideal for long-term health, preferring to do the deeper work often needed for holistic, lasting change rather than short fixes! I enjoy utilizing humor, and creative approaches to therapy, providing balance and support within our work.

  • Together, we will:

Help you gain more insight to yourself, your symptoms and why they may be happening, examining how larger influences around you may be negatively and/or positively impacting how you're feeling, and help you gain more skills for managing concerns.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with the young adult population, but enjoy all ages and find myself to be a generalist at heart. I use multicultural-feminist orientation and then orientations with IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and relational approach.

  • I became a therapist because:

I grew up in circles that devalued mental healthcare and treated issues with silence and masking, so I want to be a shame-free, safe place to talk!

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual sessions currently, including virtual EMDR! I also uniquely offer walk and talk therapy for those in the Denver, CO area!

  • More about me and my practice:

My collaborative clinical approach focuses on building a safe and comfortable space in order to show up authentically, honestly, and relationally with ourselves and one another. I hope to offer or collaborate for holistic care for your needs.
