I am a mental health/addictions counselor who uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help clients identify patterns that are preventing positive changes. I am also trained in EMDR and have experience working with many types of trauma.

Counseling should be collaborative! My job is to help my clients with whatever concerns bring them to counseling. Whether it is a specific problem, like substance use or anxiety, or just wanting to work on being your best self, I would love to help.

I work with clients who have many different types of mental health and general life concerns. Whether it is processing complex trauma or learning healthier coping skills, it is my job to help clients build on their strengths and meet their goals.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist because I recognized how common it is for people to want change, and I feel lucky in helping them achieve it for themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have found that Telehealth offers clients the convenience of being able to fit therapy into busy schedules. Therapy shouldn't feel like a burden!

I have been a counselor for 6 years, working with people from many different backgrounds and with many different goals, but with the common thread of wanting to improve themselves and their lives. Change can be very difficult, but it is possible.
