My approach is person centered and trauma-informed. I draw from multiple modalities, including motivational interviewing, parts work, and somatic practices, as well as traditional ones like CBT and DBT. In therapy with me, you’ll discover that you don’t need to be ‘fixed.’

Together, we’ll create a space that honors how you think, feel, and move through life. Sessions include talking, making art, and noticing what’s happening in your body. Sometimes words are enough. Other times, images, metaphors, and materials provide a safer way in. Art therapy can help bring experiences into awareness without the pressure to explain them.
